Acceptance
By using BlinkRT, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BlinkRT regarding your access to and use of the BlinkRT SSH terminal client and related services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use BlinkRT. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others or allow others to access it
- Promptly report any suspected security breach
Services
BlinkRT provides SSH terminal client services. All connection data is stored locally on your device. We do not host, route, or intercept your SSH sessions. Your terminal traffic travels directly between your device and the destination server.
BlinkRT is offered as-is and is continually evolving. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that materially affect the user experience.
Restrictions
You may not use BlinkRT for illegal activities, unauthorized access to systems, or any activity that violates applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Accessing systems without explicit authorization
- Launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Uploading, distributing, or executing malware
- Violating export control laws or sanctions
- Interfering with or disrupting third-party networks
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities where required by law.
Subscriptions
BlinkRT may offer premium features in the future. Subscription terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Any fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for future subscription periods with advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the agreed rate for the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use BlinkRT ceases immediately, and any licenses granted under these terms are revoked.
Because your server credentials are stored locally, termination of your account does not delete local data on your device. You are responsible for clearing local application data if you wish to remove it after account closure.
Limitation of Liability
BlinkRT is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall BlinkRT, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using BlinkRT and delete your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BlinkRT is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
